My date-sensitive package was left under the front door mat of the condominium . There's a place inside the building where packages are left. How would I know that the package was left under the mat? C'mon. Be sure to leave packages inside when delivering at 301 W 10th street Charlotte, NC

I don’t know how they do it. It’s like magic. In the evening of day 1 my package is in my hands and the next morning the package is in the hands of someone across the country. Thank you FedEx.

You have horrible service losing packages and then you don't even own up to the responsibility of your co-workers taking and stealing the packages that's terrible

I bought stuff from in before never let me down

We were informed that a package was to be delivered and told that it would be between 9.00am and 5.00pm such a variation is rediculas as it should be possible to be much more precise. Further it was difficult to navigate through the sites to find someone to speak with about when the delivery would be. FedEx are experts in not dealing promptly with enquiries. It is not a service I would recommend.

Day delivered my orders to someone else and can't find it given me the runs around

I habe had a package on route since January 6. 2020. Today is January 20. 2020 and according to tracking program the package has not moved since January 8. 2020. It was supposed to be delivered to my home January 11. 2020. Tomorrow if this does not move tracking locations I will see if I can get assistance via the Attorney General's office. At least they should be able to tell me where I can get assistance.

FedEx is the slowest delivery service out there I ordered a pair of boots from Walmart. Com and they have supposedly been out for delivery since the 14th today is the 20th.

Delivery's always late!!!!!!
