Early AM not so early, 11:13 still not here

Always a problem. Natural disasters and in climate weather when it’s perfectly sunny!!!

They never call you before they have arriving. Moreover, if there is no buzzer code they will take your item back and never bring it to you.

We sent home made fresh food items to my son yesterday at about 12.45pm and it reaced Sudbury today 10.15am.very fast good service

My parcel is not yet delivered...though it shows delivered..pathetic..I will go to consumer forum and file a case..how can they lie about it

I dropped off a package at the store and was helped by Bonnie who told me about other serviced at the store and the current sales. She was very courteous and efficient!

I trust Fedex with my important documents, always on time.

Lots of billing issues where they have taken money out without the proper great rates pricing.

I am really sick and tired of the most minimum things that your delivery people can do when they're dropping off a parcel or a envelope package. They scan the package and drop it on the stairs to our trailer and not even bother to knock on the door. Had I known when it came in I would have been able to get to the bank the same day because I was expecting a check and now I'm going to have to wait I hope I don't end up running out of propane tonight because I didn't have money to pay for my propane. You folks have a nice day.

Don't understand why they told me that my package would arrive today and shows it 300 miles away at 6:30 at night

Day 4 wait of a NEXT DAY delivery. “Delivery exception“ because customer was not home or business was closed. We were home and we don’t have to sign for it soooo...

I paid for overnight shipping. The package went from Texas to Washington and was delivered by 12:52. We are talking about Spokane here. That's far. Good job.
