My package containing something expensive has been lost. Last tracking location seems to be Phoenix AZ for over a week. Once I contacted FedEx they said they'd be doing an expedited investigation. No results so far.

They never bring my package. I always have to go get it. Lazy drivers

Extremely upset! FEDEX has been delivering Chewy.com dog food to me for a year. I live on a small hill. The regular delivery woman is very nice and leaves the box in front of the garage as requested. This pkg is delivered weekly. However, there must be a new delivery person this week who does not want to drive up or walk up my driveway. Despite me being home they keep leaving notices on the mailbox saying package is undeliverable. I was home! No one knocked. Again another notice on my mailbox which proves they never attempted to come up the driveway. There is or has never been a request that it not be left without a signature! Bring me my dog food FedEx! Leave at the garage like you have done every week for the past year!

Extremely disappointed. Purchased an expensive 24hrs shipping. 6days after has not yet reached the destination. Made 4 phone calles three of them didn’t even mention there can be an investigation process for such delay. For the last three days the parcell shows it is at the destination city but yet not yet delivered. The last call was yesterday and raised and investigation case. But the parcels not shipped yet. Very unreliable and also not sure why personnel didn’t raise the investigation earlier on when I called them. The status of the parcel at the destination city is showing now as “exception” and “No scheduled delivery”!!! By the way they only offer refund which doesn’t justify the major consequences of this delay on our business. If I can avoid Fedex I will. I also just went and shipped a copy of my intended mail by Canada Post Express which gets to the destination in 2days. So much stress and cost and consequences!

No tracking at all. Sent package 9 of January and toady after one week still not recieved in Toronto. Disappointed

Tracker works great, very easy to use

Tracking said the package would be delivered on Thursday. On Wednesday I get a delivery exception text message that says I can come pick up my package within the next 5 days. WTF! There was no reason why they couldn't leave it on the front porch. This was an item for my wedding in a couple days. They said they dropped it off at a Walgreens?? several miles away and that I can pick it up there. It better be there! Grrrrr.

I was told my package would be delivered today by 10:30am. I have been tracking it since early this morning and it's still in the same place. No package delivered yet!!!!
