Fedex is absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with! I have had more issues with trying to get information than I have ever had! UPS has been 10 times better and I'm not even a customer with them yet I have finally got to the point where it's just not worth fighting to try to get information or logging in or tracking information.

Simple and very easy to use

Supposed to be updated as to where my box currently is located. Have not received anything. Just that it will be delivered today? Questionable..many times it is days later or not at all! Your tracking needs much work! Not showing my package is anywhere.

They always deliver on or before delivery date. 5 star

Too expensive late to deliver

My package was lost!

Always get package on time. Never any damage. Easy to track.

Sent a text that I have the package...get out of bed come down no package. So...use tracking number and system does not recognize that number. This is the 2 delivery from Fed ex and 2nd issue.

They told me that 3 days, 5 are almost 6 and still not arrive, very disappointed in this service, also very expensive and delayed.

They have always been excellent for us.

Worst delivery service ever called the day before said had to be home to sign for package and never showed wasted whole day

Wont let You change delivery address and always send packages back to make more money

Missed delivery yesterday, today it was just left outside after agent said a supervisor would call. No knock on the door, no signature. Package could have been delivered yesterday, no note on door specifying missed delivery

I put in the tracking number you say you do not have it

The worst shipping company l have dealt with no body known ‘s what’s going on .Every body tells you a different story
