  • I was supposed to get my package today and I looked up the tracking number and it said they already attempted to deliver which is not true been here all day also I discovered fedex is using foreign call centers very disappointed in fedex

  • Employees do not have English as their first language so I found it very frustrating figuring out where my pkj is. In fact coming on this site has not made it any clearer. Arghhh frustrated

  • Sent (paid extra) for a parcel to be held at a FedEx facility (Ft. Myers, FL) and ready on or before 10:30 est Fri. Jan 10 2020 not only is the parcel not on time it's not at the facility, when asking the status the FedEx employees are completely out of line but incompetent some of there exact words were "we don't know" "what do you want me to tell you?", Also when I go on a search for a simple phone number to speak to a supervisor physical at a specific location the only number that is provided is one out of the country, when an attempt is made to make an excuse as to why the parcel is late but when I ask what weather is being referred to the answer is "I don't know" the weather is used in an attempt so now this makes it an act of God and now an individual or individuals error and FedEx would not loose billions of dollars in revenue for there own laughing spectal of incompetence from the bottom of the line minimum wage earner to thoes that call themselves store, district, regional supervisors, and finally CEOs, these are the same people that doesn't have the balls to pick up the phone and talk to someone.

  • Driver left package but didn't even knock on door or ring doorbell. I was home waiting for the package. He also left a door tag but it shows it was delivered so IDK if there was something else I need to receive. Now I have to call the supplier to check if I got everything (warranty items).
