We sent our grandchildren there Christmas gifts by FedEx Priority Overnight we even paid extra for it to be sent to a PO Box that is the address. Their mother gave us you haven't been using a PO Box every time we send there birthday Christmas Easter whatever the occasion is they've never had a problem and we've used Canada Post UPS FedEx Purolator well we sent it before Christmas and it is still sitting in their facility in British Columbia I've called FedEx out there three times now their mother is called and the person that we got to send it has called them to arrange a different address have it sent to I check everyday to see if they have sent it this is January 15th and it is still sitting in their facility so my grandchildren did not receive their Christmas presents this year we paid the extra money for them to deliver it to a PO Box all I got on repeat from a representative that we do not deliver to a PO Box well we paid the extra money plus shipping to have it delivered it still sits in their facility.

They never call you before they have arriving. Moreover, if there is no buzzer code they will take your item back and never bring it to you.

My parcel is not yet delivered...though it shows delivered..pathetic..I will go to consumer forum and file a case..how can they lie about it

I dropped off a package at the store and was helped by Bonnie who told me about other serviced at the store and the current sales. She was very courteous and efficient!

Lots of billing issues where they have taken money out without the proper great rates pricing.

I am really sick and tired of the most minimum things that your delivery people can do when they're dropping off a parcel or a envelope package. They scan the package and drop it on the stairs to our trailer and not even bother to knock on the door. Had I known when it came in I would have been able to get to the bank the same day because I was expecting a check and now I'm going to have to wait I hope I don't end up running out of propane tonight because I didn't have money to pay for my propane. You folks have a nice day.
