Don't understand why they told me that my package would arrive today and shows it 300 miles away at 6:30 at night

I paid for overnight shipping. The package went from Texas to Washington and was delivered by 12:52. We are talking about Spokane here. That's far. Good job.

Information on tracking is useless

The packages should be delivered to the office of the apartment complex if no one is available at the apartment. The tag should also be more clear instead of writing a random address on it. This driver needs to be more considerate about his job.

Worst service ive ever dealt with! Left 1 location at 1:15am only to arrive back there 14 hours later.

Terrible service. Late with package and customer service is not very helpful , they don’t have a very good and accurate tracking system.. still waiting for my package and I will call once daily until I get it in my mailbox.they have no reason to hold onto packages in their warehouses for days on end before shipping them out. No excuses!!! I feel they have no communication skills. I am very disappointed. I hope I get my package by the end of the 18th. Sooner would be nice but I won’t hold my breath. Or I might have to request another investigation.

I've never had any issues with pkgs shipped to me via FedEx.

Pure service the tracking number said delivered but the package didn't arrived.
