Paid for personal delivery. Package sent to FedEx office instead.

FEDEX is incompetent, out of touch and unable to provide the service. Always choose UPS. At the very least they can contact their drivers if a situation should arise

FedEx drop my package off never knock or said anything just left it out side i never got my package and it was very important thank a lot FedEx for losing my package

My wife still waiting for a package and then say is delivered when is not

I only use fedex ground, your the best

Never use FedEx again

My shipment gave been 65 miles away for ten days. They keep stating weather issues when the skies are clear. What the hell? I have needed the product two times since then and had to rent. Totally unacceptable.

My package ya been sitting at the facility for like two days and it was meant to be here yeasterday and it’s not even far from the store

Tracking showed it was on truck to be delivered and it didn't show up even after assurances from FedEx rep. Last 3 packages late in delivery.

fedex has returnd same package back to shipper 2 times in a row . taken 37day to not get package yet

Horrible service. Despite giving FedEx my gate code, they refuse to deliver to anyone in our small townhome complex. I learned they use a driver co for their drivers. The drivers have no loyalty to the company and make no effort to climb stairs, use elevators etc. If u can use UPS or postal service...they rock input neighborhood.

Fedex did great! They knew exactly where package was detained. Very thankful they are on the ball! Would surely use them if i was sending a pkg!

FedEx claims package delivered no package shows up and amazon is useless to call and find out why and where just saying sometimes fedex drivers miss scan items! WTF!?!??
