Out of 10 deliveries I've had problems with four from FedEx that's not a good success rate

If I could do zero stars, I would. My package was left in the middle of my driveway!! Seriously....not on my covered front porch, but in the middle of my driveway for anyone to see and come steal. UNBELIEVABLE!

There was a package that I was suppose to sign for and they dropped it off at my house with out a signature. I’d still like to know “Who signed for it” as no one was at my house time of drop off

Absolute garbage customer service

I am waiting for a package with a very important document in it I must receive by 3:30 PM today Delivery was guaranteed for today and promised by noon today.

Rubbish what a waste of time Parcel should of been here Friday still not here Tuesday Will never use again

Never have much luck with them. Tracking is horrible.

Looking for a location for my package? Ha, tells me when it left the warehouse, that’s ok but what about the rest of the trip, especially if it’s going across the country!

My package is lost, it says that it has already been delivered but I have not received it yet. They leave the packages lying on the sidewalk of the apartment, do not ring the bell so that people know that there is someone outside, the worst carrier.

FedEx need to make a major improvement with their drivers. The will say they delivered a package and never showed up at the time they stated. I will never use FedEx again.

Driver called before collection and was really helpful as I had never used FedEx before. Definitely recommend

Your tracking numbers are never trackable

Horible srrvice never delivered to address on package went in the computer and got my last old 2 year ago address and delivered it there to whom who knows left it at the door ... called customer service and its like taking to a concrete wall no help so far ... i gave 1 star that's to many for poor service and who knows who has my item now bunch of BS..
