  • Received text Tues 19 March to pay duty - after several attempts trying to pay and an hour later, phoned Rotherham and arrangement made for person to call me back for phone payment - sorted, confirmation recd. Website said delivery Wed 8.15-12.15. Wed 19th - checked delivery - parcels still in Delhi. Text message asking for duty to be paid. Thurs 20th phone message asking for duty to be paid. Explained it was done Tuesday, expected delivery Friday. No delivery Friday. No weekend FedEx deliveries Monday 25th, phoned Rotherham - on system it said ‘waiting for duty to be paid!!! Give me strength!!! This is stock for my fairs and I’ve already missed this weekend!

  • Wow. I brought it to FedEx Office in the Acworth Walmart Supercenter on Friday early afternoon. It was delivered in Augusta less rhan 12 hours later. Super!

  • ZERO STAR, CRAPPY SERVICE. Then when I voiced a complaint about my package NOT ARRIVING, they wanted my credit card to pay a $1.00 REFUNDABLE FEE. Screw you FedEx.

  • It's a shame that you tried to call FedEx to see where your package was delivered since it did not come to the correct address that was on it I have tried and tried and tried to get a hold of someone there even went to the website where it says I can enter the tracking number and see where my package was left but like everything else it did not work all I keep saying is a bunch of ads pop up on my screen interrupting my trying to find where my package is I just don't understand why can I not talk to someone live and they can tell me what happened to my package I hope y'all have a great day at FedEx thanks for not making mine great day that is
