What a joke this company is. Use to be the best now it is the worst.speaking to Asia agents you have no say or satisfaction in getting anywhere.how frustrating. I hope someone from the company read this and answers my review

You need to improve your service too much complained me too I pay my GST but didn’t delivered the item on time the driver ask me to pay and it’s already been paid now they want to delivered the parcel the following day too much *** they need to improve there communication too between the driver and the people in the cashier

I can not find my order

My package been on the way since 03/02/24 and today is 04/01/2024 I haven’t received it yet it some week ago it showed it was to be delivered on the 03/25/24 but never received it then they updated the delivery status to 03/30/2024 still didn’t receive it and todays date is 04/01/2024 tomorrow making it a whole month and I haven’t received my package yet I doubt if I’ll get it and that cost so much money

Can someone REAL PERSON answer the phone as your automated system isn't useful to leave a message or address issues that only a REAL customer rep can handle. I order an item and was expecting it on 3.28.2024. It is shown as delivered, but the photo is not front door as my house isn't brick. And the tracking number online doesn't match my home address. This maybe the shopper's fault. I used the truck route search and the pkg destination is in Myerstown, PA. I live in Bethel, NY. I have sent the shipper all of this info along with a picture of my home and I hope someone can figure this out. This isn't the first time I've had a pkg go missing or to somewhere else. The biggest problem is FedEx won't go to the address where the item was incorrectly delivered. I once had a dashcam go missing. They claim they delivered it to me and once again I was told that the tracking number wasn't for my item and was never able to get a resolution other than through my credit card company. Thank goodness for Citibank. So I would further suggest that the FedEx ensures that address labels aren't being tampered with as it is possible to cover up an address yet leave the tracking number still visible. Shippers should also verify that the tracking numbers match up with the address slips submitted.

What a disappointment. I paid a huge amount to have my package delivered today only to get an automated response that it won't make it until tomorrow. To boot call the outsourced call center and could barely understand the agent who basically lied and told me it's still scheduled then when I call into the VRU is says otherwise. Total disappointment with your service for an incredible amount of money.

I was shipped a next day air from Texas to Asheville NC, it has been sitting in Jamaica, NY for a week and a half , what is up? Why do we pay for next day air and it has been two weeks since shipment? William Paap

I've been waiting for an overnight package for 4 days. They said they delivered it. They must have delivered it to the wrong address. My hands are tied so I have to use you again FedEx. See if you can get it right this time. I'm at 157 Main St in apartment I, Deep River, Ct. There is an apartment1 downstairs; I'm upstairs in apartment I. I, not 1.

I waited all day Saturday for my pre made food to come nobody showed up. Followed the tracking made absolutely no sense. It is now Sunday and it didn’t come over night. This is my food for 2 weeks. I’m afraid when it does get sent the food will have spoiled and they’ll still deliver it.
