Can't deliver packages correctly & lose them all the time.

Am not happy with this company, since 20th my package has been showing custom clearance till date, FedEx am not happy , kindly deliver my goods

I can never recommend anyone to fedex to send anything because they’re so bad in shipping things,I am victim of it so terrible!

What good is a tracking number if they don't update them? Been four days and still only shows that it left Chino, cal

PACKAGE WAS TRACED TO BOWLING GREEN OHIO .. NEVER DELIVERED .. VISITED FACILITY TO TRY TO FIND THE PACKAGE . WAS NOT ALLOWED TO LOCATE PACKAGE ...THE PERSONEL LOOKED BUT COULD NOT FIND AND HAD NO RECORD OF THE PACKAGE LEAVING ...This Is a one off item for a University engineering project ...and cannot be replaced .. appears as it was re -labled and untraceable ... This is disgusting ... the personal are totally inept ... nice but ineffective ... INEXCUSABLE ... TOTALLY ...PISSED OFF PISSED OFF

I'm not pleased with your service. I've been waiting for a package all day that supposed to have arrived yesterday. I'll try not to use your service again

Constant fight to get package. As per there map it was delivered clear across town and dont want to do anything!!! Sorry excuse for a company!!!

My roommate in San Diego paid for overnite N when I track the number it tells me it's not track yet,. Whei asked what that means it keeps sending me to other sites, so frustrating right Now, my first ti e having something sent here

My package shows delivered yesterday, still not here!

Not happy they delivered my children's birthday presents to the wrong address and then won't to do an investigation rather than send the driver to get it and bring it to the correct address

Seems like I’m about to join the club with all the people that “lost” packages to parcel. Package is on its way from Texas to Arizona and just flew 500 miles east to Tennessee and is now on a truck in Tennessee 1,500 miles away from me and is supposed to be delivered in 2 hours so I’m guessing like everyone else I can kiss that package good bye

Terrible service!!! Can't seem to get seem to get their act together. If at all possible I would never use them again. UPS doesn't have their problems.

Service is terrible, waiting for arcel to come from Florida to Whitehorse , Yukon, agent told me it can take up to 3 wks to get from Edm to Whitehorse,, ! Ridiculous!! This is 2024, do they still us stagecoaches at FedEx!! What a joke!! Avoid them by all means,, piss poor service!!
