Still haven't received my package. Among other things that this company has done in the past. Lost three of my packages. Get it together FedEx!!!

Terrible service couldn't get the address right. Send the package back four times. Still haven't received the package. They have left three of my packages out by the road . Someone stole them.

International shipping is a JOKE for what they charged me. Parcel sat in 1 location for over a week before I got a call asking for phone number because the address was supposed wrong. I'm not a dolt! Then they back dated shipping info 5 days to make it look better for them. I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN! If I could rate zero stars I would.

Disappointing service. Parcel took over a week to deliver. At one stage they said their drivers were not willing to go to that area and wanted the recipient to collect from Cape Town. This was barely a week after we had successfully sent a parcel that was delivered at the recipient's doorstep by another courier. FedEx caused us unnecessary stress and delays. Will avoid you like the plague!!!

I shipped a key from Fedex in Allen on Saturday March 16th and lady said my som will receive it on Tuesday March 19th . Today is March 25th but my son on Thomasville ,Ga didn’t get that yet ! I tracked it right now and it’s still in Tallahasse , Florida .I don’t know why it’s too slow!

Delivery went perfect driver deserves a raise

Received text Tues 19 March to pay duty - after several attempts trying to pay and an hour later, phoned Rotherham and arrangement made for person to call me back for phone payment - sorted, confirmation recd. Website said delivery Wed 8.15-12.15. Wed 19th - checked delivery - parcels still in Delhi. Text message asking for duty to be paid. Thurs 20th phone message asking for duty to be paid. Explained it was done Tuesday, expected delivery Friday. No delivery Friday. No weekend FedEx deliveries Monday 25th, phoned Rotherham - on system it said ‘waiting for duty to be paid!!! Give me strength!!! This is stock for my fairs and I’ve already missed this weekend!

I just wish when you say you're going to deliver an order on a certain date you would do it how can you make a delivery that shows its still in California please get your act together

Wow. I brought it to FedEx Office in the Acworth Walmart Supercenter on Friday early afternoon. It was delivered in Augusta less rhan 12 hours later. Super!

My package was delivered and no notification was sent to me. I lost my package!
