We did not receive this order. The tracking number didn't say where Fedex left the package

I've been waiting for a month for my package and it's in the same location without moving and FedEx says it's in transit.

Help I haven't gotten my package since 22-3-24 and that's the date scheduled for the delivery on the tracking number it was said to be custom delayed

ZERO STAR, CRAPPY SERVICE. Then when I voiced a complaint about my package NOT ARRIVING, they wanted my credit card to pay a $1.00 REFUNDABLE FEE. Screw you FedEx.

It's a shame that you tried to call FedEx to see where your package was delivered since it did not come to the correct address that was on it I have tried and tried and tried to get a hold of someone there even went to the website where it says I can enter the tracking number and see where my package was left but like everything else it did not work all I keep saying is a bunch of ads pop up on my screen interrupting my trying to find where my package is I just don't understand why can I not talk to someone live and they can tell me what happened to my package I hope y'all have a great day at FedEx thanks for not making mine great day that is

Never ever use FedEx. Am experience with them Is terrible. Run run…..the worse service I have ever experienced in my entire life. It’s worse than worse

FedEx failed me….i needed that package this morning. I begged and called non stop yesterday. I am so so sad

I got my package fast and quick and the put it in my hallway and not outside like ups or usps

I submitted a shipping on 13-03-24. It arrived at Feltham Gb on 18-03-24. Today its 23-03-24. The package hasn't moved since then. Please help. The package is time sensitive.

It’s a shame- after the number I called- pleaded with FedEx today about how important it was to get my package today- they failed me again. What a shame…just too too bad

The courier service has not performed excellently on my pending packages that was shipped from Italy , the customer service called me yesterday claiming that my package expected on my 18th Avenue address has been redirected, meanwhile no representative has come or called me for update .It is so annoying and frustrating that I missed going to work yesterday Thursday 21st march and today 22nd March,2024 in anticipation of the call from fedex for the delivery.It is so disappointing that as at the time of the review the where About of the package is yet to be communicated

Most of the time i have my medication the day after they pick up but sometimes it will take 3 to 5 days and I run out of my medication

My packages were shipped on 3/15/24, and delivery date was 3/18/24. I did receive one of the two, but the other has yet to be delivered. This is very disappointing and unprofessional!!!
