My package has not arrived though according to the tracking system it has been delivered. Most delivery firms can show a photograph of the item, either with the householder or a photograph of the front or other door showing the package That is not so in this case because they have not delivered the package, so showing my door or myself would be impossible. Really disapponting

I received notification late at night saying that my package was delivered yesterday morning and when I checked, no package was received. So I contacted the FedEx website for tracking and when I tried disputing, it asked for the house number so I entered the information and it said the information was incorrect!! I am very disappointed because they are saying it was my fault for not verifying my information when I am well aware of the information I input when ordering! Now I have to fight to get my money back and only God knows how long that will take. SMH!!

Terrible service driver claimed to have dropped my package off and they never even came to the apartment complex front office said fedex hasn’t been here all day and now my package is back at the warehouse

I placed ab order it now more than 5 days. But package is not delivered yet. They don't even like call or any updates before delivery.

I ordered a present and the company I ordered from used fedex as their distributor; I was given a estimated time for delivery but it wasn’t delivered at that time; I had to go to work and while I’m there I received another delivery notice for another tracking time as a result it was marked delivered at the time I was at work and when I arrived home there was no package. I was very disappointed and I would like a refund for my product I didn’t receive; now I will have to fight to get my $ back if I get it smh. Ugh disgusted

I ordered on 3/8/24. Today is 3/21/24. Still no package. It's in Indianapolis at a sorting center? I'm in Pennsylvania. I received packages faster using the Pony Express!

Where is my package?

Totally useless, booked next day delivery, dropped off at 10 am Monday, was still there on Tuesday. Now Thursday and still not out for delivery. Contacted customer service, they didn't want to know as I had booked through Parcel Hero. Didn't think they could be worse than Evri. Won't be using again.

Worst service. Delivery too late.

Fedex is hurting businesses and consumers The help-less center is 6 time zones away and disconnected from the process robots know nothing , app is lagging by days, delivery dates mean nothing, it's almost laughable Delivering packages is NOT rocket science Why don't they be straight with us instead of lying? Why do businesses use these guys? I won't buy from a business that uses Fedex
