Tracking ok delivery late

I’ve repeatedly requested with customer service that the drivers use the dial pad on the wall outside the entrance to my building and dial up to my apartment so I can buzz them in but it’s almost like they purposely don’t do that. So if the manager isn’t here or nobody in coming in and out and they can’t get in, I have to go the nearest drop off place and pick up my packages. Why is it so hard for these drivers to dial three numbers on the dial pad???

Been waiting in all dam day for this delivery and still waiting funny how actual Amazon delivery drivers always find my address

Lost multi box package. Delivered a box. Rest lost in their system. Customer service is less than useless.

Quan a fedex customer service rep was terrible. She couldn’t contact the driver to give instructions to ring a door bell.

Delivery was later than expected and not received

Horrible service never updated their website for accurate information on delivery of package and just horrible communication

Where are my package days ago and it's still not here

FedEx has no respect for honoring commitments of overnight deliveries. They will gladly take your money but from that point on it is at their mercy. Package shipped express overnight and has lingered in Memphis for three days. I could have driven it quicker.

Been waiting on a package from fedex. Says they’re waiting on the package. It says coming from Ohio. That was 5 days ago. Why does it take so long?

I’m waiting on my package of speech and after reading all of these reviews, I really am nervous on how long it’s gonna take me to receive my package.

One of the worst web sites ever! All ads, and no details of my package or its location. I've had problems with fedex many times, so I try to monitor closely where my package is. Last pkg, fedex said they would open a case and give me daily reports. 4 days later, someone in town dropped off my package. Fedex NEVER returned my calls!

My parcel has been either at the sorting facility or "on the truck" every day for the last eight days. Calling FedEx's AI customer support was useless. I contacted the shipper and they were unable to do anything because FedEx indicates were the parcel is each evening -even though it seems to be lost.
