I keep getting messages from FedEx my package is ready for pick up. Problem is FedEx doesn’t know where to pick it up.

I’m in the USA I paid fast shipping on the 1st of march and on the 2nd my package showed on the tracking map that it’s in Lagos and in transit and it’s the 20th the package still shows that my package is still in Lagos and still in transit

very bad service on delivered on time we paid for fast delivery but still 3 weeks

Waist off money and waist of time I can’t recommend this service I’m waiting for my order before 23 days and now tell me for extra charges for shipment what nonsense

Very poor service..FedEx didn't deliver it door to door also didn't cleared it from customs..my parcel was lying in customs from 7days FedEx also didn't answer my call All I did my self I cleared it from customs and picked up the parcel my self drive 30km for this ..hopeless service by FedEx..in future I will never use FedEx service..

Great job. Delivery from Abilene to The Woodlands within 24 hrs. Tracking worked well.

Where is my package???? It should have gotten delivered yesterday, where is it???

I cannot comprehend that my package has not arrived to my house since 3/4/24. The package contained a wedding outfits for 3/16/24 till date it still have not received. It quite unbelievable that FedEx will charge for 3-7 days no package. Today is the 3/19 /24 and the customer service can not pinpoint where the package. FedEx, your service is the worst of the world.

Package was delivered a day early! Tracking is so detailed and easy.

Was supposed to get a package today says it was delivered and now it says delivered and no package is here

I was supposed to get two packages and only one was delivered still waiting for the 2nd theres no phone # to call , I have trying with the tracking # unable to obtain any information.

My package was delivered to Sudbury FEDEX Thursday it is now Tuesday 4pm still no package . Very poor delivery service.

My package said it was delivered it is definitely NOT there. I had to pay almost $200 for delivery, as it is a very large heavy item. I an NOT happy

I've been waiting for a package since 2/29/2024. It originated in PA on it's way to Baltimore, MD. As of now, tracking says it's in SC! I could have driven to PA and got it myself at this rate. This is totally ridiculous!!
