FedEx has no respect for honoring commitments of overnight deliveries. They will gladly take your money but from that point on it is at their mercy. Package shipped express overnight and has lingered in Memphis for three days. I could have driven it quicker.

Been waiting on a package from fedex. Says they’re waiting on the package. It says coming from Ohio. That was 5 days ago. Why does it take so long?

I’m waiting on my package of speech and after reading all of these reviews, I really am nervous on how long it’s gonna take me to receive my package.

One of the worst web sites ever! All ads, and no details of my package or its location. I've had problems with fedex many times, so I try to monitor closely where my package is. Last pkg, fedex said they would open a case and give me daily reports. 4 days later, someone in town dropped off my package. Fedex NEVER returned my calls!

My parcel has been either at the sorting facility or "on the truck" every day for the last eight days. Calling FedEx's AI customer support was useless. I contacted the shipper and they were unable to do anything because FedEx indicates were the parcel is each evening -even though it seems to be lost.

Excelente service with accuracy

My package was supposed to arrive on Saturday morning but according to FedEx they did not have the correct address so I wind up calling Best Buy who had my correct address with my apartment number on it but FedEx didn't and the building I live in all FedEx drivers know to just put our packages in our package room so when I called I got to oh we'll get it back out to you tonight but it never showed and then there's no service on on Sunday. SMH At FedEx

Worst delivery i have ever seen. It takes forever to receive ur packages

I received part of my order which was a round rug. Never received the square rug. They took a picture of the small rug but not the large rug and said it was delivered. I’m waiting on my rug. I paid too much to let this ride

Didn't deliverer to the right address

Delivered once again to wrong address. Called several times to FedEx about this issue and still happening. They try to say full address not on pkg when called about not receiving but when the wrong person who got my pkg brings it, the full correct address on it. Tell me to contact seller of item when it was their fault for not delivering to correct address. Pkg opened and has been ran over too.

My package was supposed to be delivered on 3/16/2004 where is my package

I just feel so in enraged that my package was supposed to be here yesterday Saturday. Then I don't even know if you deliver on Sunday cuz when I look it up it says Saturday Monday through Saturday so I have no idea what the hell's going on I sure would appreciate at least something telling me when it's coming I'm sitting here with my door open again on Sunday all day Saturday I live in a bad neighborhood and it's not really smart. Please and thank you let me know please and thank you

Fed ex lost my package the first time so I had to have a reorder and am now waiting again. Who knows if it will show up. I’m waiting on the bottoms for a dresser so it can be assembled. Thanks Fed ex for making us live out of boxes for your reckless behavior.

I literally hate Fed Ex. It's one of the worst delivery companies in the world. I live in an apartment complex and they never get a package to my correct address. This has been going on for years. Please go out of business FedEx and transition into something else. Please
