Package was to be delivered on 3/14. Called at 8pm and was told it went to the wrong hub location. Get update today that packe will now arrive today. Not very confident about that. The last 6 times I’ve had something shipped with FedEx there have been problem. I normally pay extra for the company to ship with someone other than FedEx.

My wife and I love fed ex always on time driver leaves packages right up to front door on porch we have been using them for years no problems hats off to horse heads terminal in NY thank you all

Package said delivered but picture of package is not my porch!!! Do they just drop off at any house and say done? My house is clearly marked.

I sent a valuable items almost a month and they want to hold it… they have a poor service and I regret using fedex

Once again fed ex states package was delivered and no package was received where are the delivering these packages?? Call fed ex and they are worthless. They tell me to contact the place I placed the order with because there is nothing they can do. Place I ordered with did their part they sent package out to be deliver but the delivery part never happen correctly and that’s on fed ex!!!!

Super BAD service!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. FedEx has gotten to be the absolute worst carrier/courier ever in the history of service delivery. They have lost very important checks on two occasions now. Never deliver on time when I pay them extra money for an expedited delivery. FedEx service can’t tell you anything about the delivery and you can’t get anyone on the phone to help. I wish they would go out of business. I know that’s a horrible thing to say but at this point it’s how I feel.

It's been seven days now and I'm still waiting the package was a 1 gallon container from Minnesota to Utah

This is a very expensive and an unreliable service. I mailed a letter letter containing one piece of paper that was supposed to arrive the evening of the following day. We'll it hasn't arrived yet after 36 hours.

I didn’t receive my package

Absolutely the worst way to ship anything. Been waiting 10 days for a shipment that only traveling 300 miles. Previous shipment was misplaced for 14 days. Then found and delivered.

Tracking my parcel it's gone by My town twice and yet to be delivered

Not a pleasant experience. The driver was not at all helpful.njust dumped the nine boxes with our suite in on the pallet on driveway. No help at all. My husband is 77 and had to lift all these heavy boxes out of rain.

Horrible service I had a FedEx 2day it's been 5 days and my package still hasn't been delivered never use them again!!!!!!!
