Is taken months for them to track my package

Shows package was delivered. NOT delivered! Note stuck on door.. no knock.. saying they missed me when I was sitting in living room. Very irritated. Tried to do chat on-line. Wanted me to pay $30 to continue.

It took 9 days to get a package shipped less than a hr away. Fedex has gone down hill so much in the last 3 years!!!

It's sad frfr.. ups will get my biz going forward. It's really sad to depend on company an you're paying your for overnight an it's take 3 r 4 days. It's sad I will never no more. The customer service rep lied to me I guest to get me off the phone .

Didn't like the fact that they just laid it on the steps. They could've at least rang the doorbell

The Driver Are mostly Migrants, Dont speak the language! Dont give Receipts of takeover and were unfriendly

Waited for 3 weeks for a delivery from Originsl Leather, based in Houston Texas for delivery to Chicago. Will turn over complaint to the Attorney General for mail fraud which I urge all of you to do as well.

I am still looking for my pkg that was "delivered" 2/21. No pic available--as usual. A friend (who is friends with a FedEx Supervisor) shipped me a ground pkg with "deliver to address only" in the instructions. It is the ONLY ground pkg to ever be delivered to the house. The FedEx person assisting my friend said the only excuse was driver laziness. Previous deliveries have been 3 abandoned houses, 2 locked gates, and a house 5 miles away. Note that I live in "moonshine" country. FINALLY! For the 1st time in a decade the delivery arrived at the desired destination!

Terrible service they delivered my package to another address you can’t get any information from your sellers to the carriers with the money they make services should be excellent but not worst ever

It says it delivered but I don't have it and it's not on my porch and when I call I get the run around nobody knows where it got delivered only that it's delivered

bad service,they always deliver my order somewhere else...once again where's my order been delivered....my address is so easy to find....
