I’ve repeatedly requested with customer service that the drivers use the dial pad on the wall outside the entrance to my building and dial up to my apartment so I can buzz them in but it’s almost like they purposely don’t do that. So if the manager isn’t here or nobody in coming in and out and they can’t get in, I have to go the nearest drop off place and pick up my packages. Why is it so hard for these drivers to dial three numbers on the dial pad???
