This unexceptable waited all package never arrived. Can get a person on the line. Says out for delivery all day. Map show truck sitting in the same spot all day.

It turns out that they delivered my package and never brought it!!

Ordered a Stanley cup from Dick’s Sporting Goods. The tracker said it would be here between Wednesday and Friday. Here it is Saturday morning and the tracker shows it has been sitting somewhere for two days in Pennsylvania waiting for FedEx to pick it up. People are FedUp with FedEx!!!

Package was due for delivery by end of the day only Package was never delivered! Horrible service and still no package

Absolutely the worst company! Order a top for my jeep from best top and they used fedex box was thrown in front of my house completely broken open and laying half on the sidewalk half on my flower damaging them and a decorative basket .. not sure if product is damage yet .. I would never use them !!

Don't know who is working for FedEx but, they showed my package with tracking# 719908644605 was delivered on 03/28/24; I was home all day; never got the package! Now I can't even talk to an individual! Horrible customer service!

They need to hire more professionals people and for delivers they need to made more droog test .bad bad reel bad service.

Total nightmare. Pkg picked up without return label, pkg left in Q&A ofc to be delivered to me (I suppose) now unable to find a 55in. TV and it’s still floating around the Twinsburg terminal since 3/22/24; right, they have no idea where it took legs and walked away! Shame on U FED-EX. You’ve always been on a high scale in my opinion, but now….!!

i am so disappointed with the service they say 3 working days and it cost a lot and it has being 6 working days now the package is still on route dont know when it will arrive this is bad service

Getting worse & worse. 8days I waited. They don't knock or ring the bell, nothing to let you know they were there. MAINLY THE TIME FRAME IS BAD

Fedx. Never gets it right paid fora 2 day delivery 3/23 still haven't received it ,they continue being late with these vendors my company will Not!use them .Ups is Always.on time FedEx sucks!!!
