Absolutely HORRIBLE service, closing on house costing me $115 an hour since 10 AM yesterday morning. Website said package at local fedex, they could not find it yesterday evening. It's now 11:10 AM next day and it was supposed to be delivered by 10:30 AM.

No point leaving a review it is apparent management doesn't read them. Call Better Business Bureau and file a complaint

Said they were going to update have not i should have received on the 5th of dec. Still don't have what is going on

Very poor service. Will not use Fedex again. Delayed in delivery.

I found this package at my mailbox when I woke this morning..this is unacceptable..with today's GPS this was laziness..this is a gift and one part was left at my neighbor's the other on the road

Do not like FedEx at all. Your package is received in your state, and then it has to go out of state, to come back into your state which doesn't make any sense. I'm always disappointed in FedEx. I asked for them to get a signature and that also is never done. Example had a package delivered yesterday December 18th requiring a signature I was not home oh, they left the package anyway on my apartment doorstep and stated that someone sign for it, that is an outright lie. And the package was very valuable. Very disappointed in FedEx always I prefer UPS

Did not deliver on time. Delayed!!! Delayed!!!!

Fed ex saId my item delivered 12/16/19 12 noon. No delivery. No tracks in snow and nothing on security camera. Called and was treated rudely and hung up on by fed ex .

Left packages beside mailbox on wet ground on multiple occasions. 1st time in the 23 years I've lived here. Not a happy camper!

FedEx Ladson,SC facility for deliveries to Eutawville, SC is HORRIBLE! It is as if we don’t exist! Thus far in one month I have had 5 deliveries that either was late by a week or never delivered at all!!. One delivery stayed at the facility for 5 DAYS!!! Until I called, complained and called Chewy. Com and complained. My 3 dogs were completely out of food and their dog food was SITTING at the Ladson facility all week long!!!!! My Hello Fresh box NEVER arrived and we count on that service for our 3 meals each week!! We had no food!! The other 3 packages still haven’t arrived and I won’t hold my breath cause they are Xmas presents and I sure hope I get them!! This facility is poorly managed! They gave an excuse when my dog food was so late that our route driver quit. Not MY problem!! They should have ‘backup’ drivers for us. They said Eutawville was ‘too far out’. Well, I am sure I am not the only customer in our town WAITING on packages!! My next written complaint goes to corporate!!!

I was told package would arrive on Monday the 16th. There are perishable items inside hence the concern. Could be a claim here is produce is destroyed. .

Package was supposed to be at my house on the 18th 6AM. Left Champlain Illinois on the morning of the 17th. It’s now the 19th and I live in Missouri !!!!!!!!!

In our area, FedEx is just the worst shipping company around. Our packages are left out in the middle of the yard in the rain where anyone could steal them at any given moment. They are never brought up and left on the porch the way they should be. I don't know why company this large can't do something about these problems.

Fed Ex is the worst shipping company around! Ridiculous how long it takes them to deliver a package from California to Michigan. I've gotten pkgs from China faster!
