It is posted that my package was delivered but I did not receive it

Fed ex sucks!!! I had to walk in the rain over half a mile down my driveway to get my packages that were supposed to be brought to my door!! They did however put them in a plastic bag! I had requested that the driver call me and I would glady come meet them but no!!! They just left them in the rain!! And it was my modem and router and receiver from spectrum!!!! I was so very angry!!!

It is a bad service they charge a lot of money and they deliver the package on time and I pay for a service express and it has a week and still has not been delivered.

Having issues with just signing in

I needed help with sending a specific type of package and the customer service reps that I dealt with were not properly versed on the paperwork involved. Extremely disappointing!!!

J’avais demandé lors de l’enregistrement de mon paquet au départ des USA Que le courrier soit déposé dans la boîte aux lettres sans demander de signature. La personne m avait affirmé que la signature n’était nécessaire que si requise par moi-même et cochée sur le formulaire d’envoi. J’ai dit « pas de signature ». Le paquet arrive en France a été distribué mais au lieu d être déposé, comme demandé, dans la boîte aux lettres à été re chemine au centre à Corbas. Tout ça parce que la personne n a pas attendu, après avoir frappé à la porte de mon fils, que ce dernier se lève après un travail de nuit. Bien que ce dernier ait fait rapidement pour ouvrir au convoyeur, il est arrivé à la porte et l’autre était déjà parti. Mais au lieu de déposer le paquet dans la boîte aux lettres comme convenu, il l’a remportée au point de départ, ce qui va faciliter la réception car mon fils a du demande un retour du paquet mais pas à la maison, bien sûr, cela aurait été trop simple. Il faudra donc que mon fils s arrange entre ses heures de travail et de sommeil pour se déplacer et pas à côté pour chercher ce paquet. J’ai du déboursé environ 66 dollars pour que cela arrive sans problème. Je pense que la prochaine fois, j’utiliserai UPS en espérant qu ils soient moins bornés et je paierai juste un envoi non express. Merci Fedex.

I think FedEx is very dependable and efficient in their deliveries and also very curtious , respectful and polite drivers i have ever dealt with. I would recommend their services as a Class A+ company to everyone i know with confidence.

Still waiting for my package supposed to be delivered today but tracking shows it still on the truck.I wish u could choose your delivery company

We are in a rural area and FedEx goes above and beyond to get our packages delivered ontime.

Can never leave packet at house and I always end up going/driving after it.

Your message to me on the 19 stated that delivery would be on the 20th. I have stayed here for two days waiting on this package and it looks like it still will not be delivered. The 22 I have a doctor's appt since I was hospitalized for 10 day and will not be available until later on the afternoon and of course that is when you'll probably try and deliver the packages. I am very dissatisfied with your service. Glenn Allen

Tracking is off... terrible service

Tracking a package is garbage online. Has my package in moline yesterday at 8am, would not deliver yesterday, and said I couldn't even come over and get it because the container wouldn't be open until today. Well its 10am, package is supposed to be delivered today, as of 7am it's still sitting in moline. 0 update if it's been unpacked, 0 update if it's on a truck to be delivered, paid to have it delivered today, and now that might not even happen. I want my money back that I paid to ship if it's not delivered today as my receipt states
