My mom sent me a package Dec. 2017, I received it June 2018. My mom just sent me another package Nov. 15 2019, to be received on the 20th. As of the 18th it has been marked CLEARANCE DELAY. All she sent was graduation stuff , the tassel for my daughters cap, a sash and a graduation card. And they put it as a clearance delay.

Whenever the fedex delivery has to come to bring a package, the service is bad, they never knock on the door and the package is my daughter's insulin pumps. I only use this service with them because I can't choose another courier company but for my FedEx it is the worst.

I was waiting in my living room waiting for my package. The person did not knock on the door or the knock was so light I couldn't hear it. Now I don't know how to get my package.

Package of perishable to be delivered by wed 20 2019 at 10:30 am not delivered yet.....

I've been waiting for my pkg since 11-12-19, it was sent to fedex on that day. It is now 11-20.. Really does it take this long ??? No text or e- mail about tracking. Very poor shipping details .

Paid $140 for priority mail, express, one day shipping and that failed... I was to receive my mail in Canada and the mail sat in Memphis TN USA for a full day smh FEDEX is the worst stick to UPS,CANADA POST!!!!

Un organized confusion and lack of communications between your locations cause delays in receiving

Yesterday my package was in Ocala,FL which is just 10 miles away from me then FedEx sends all the way to Orlando, FL, now it has finally been sent back to Dunnellon, FL. Why in the he'll was it sent around 100 miles away then sent back around a 100 miles back to Dunnellon? Taking a whole day longer to arrive because I expected it yesterday when I saw it was just 10 miles away!!!! My package has not arrived yet but it had better come today, now I have wasted 2 days instead of 1

You are the worst company on the planet.

I ordered things shipped from Florida to Georgia before and it made it here before delivery date.i had a deadline and couldn't get my product on time.wow

That time nobody was at home. FedEx saying pacage just dropped at door step. My house front door very close to the road. Any body going on the road can pick it up. You should put a note on the door. I am so worried about it.
