  • FedEx has become very disappointing recently. CONSTANTLY using that horrible smartpost and rarely ring the doorbell or knock on the door when they leave a package. And if that's not bad enough with all this package stealing right in broad daylight, they leave it right at the front door and dont even tried to hide it to deter thieves! When I called the FedEx national customer service about ringing the bell or knocking, the customer service rep was so rude and told me the drivers are no longer REQUIRED to knock or ring the bell. So they dont?? Really how hard is it after you get up from bending over to place the package, to ring a doorbell or knock on your way back up from placing the package right at the front door. You must like shelling out 100s of thousands of dollars in theft claims.

  • The driver delivered my package to the wrong house. Thank goodness my neighbor was an honest person and brought it to me. This was a gift. So I am very disappointed in this delivery person. I will rate you a 1.

  • Disgusted by FedEx in Israel. My son had to return a defective computer which he had just brought into the country as he is attending medical school Haifa. The computer was returned promptly back to Toronto where I had it replaced for the identical computer as the previous one could not be repaired. I enclosed documentation explaining the whole story with the shipping docs from the defective computer proving that it was a return. I shipped the replacement conputer on Monday Nov 4th and paid extra for priority delivery. I was promised he would have it by Wednesday November 6th. When it arrived in Israel at Brn Gurion it was held up for 4 days because they were looking for an import number. This was not being delivered to a business it was to my son. All of his information was included in the documents provided by me. Now it has finally been released and he will have to pay at least $100+ for storage fees etc and perhaps duty and taxes. I was never advised by the clerk at the FedEx facility in Markham Ontario that the documentation was insufficient. I hold FedEx responsible for not providing the necessary guidance at the time of shipment. You can reach me at 416 948 4619 or [email protected].

  • Your prices are too high, too inconsistent and your tracking sucks! I shift a huge heavy box for $11 and one week later I was charged $12 for an envelope both traveling but ex ground! The next week I sent a light box and a heavy box and they both cost $28. All of these packages went the same distance and used the same type of delivery.One item was quoted overnight and two days later it still has not left it’s original location!!
