I’ve had to call FedEx 10 times for lost packages in past two months! Out of 11 packages only one was delivered to my home. The others were either delivered to the wrong address or lost! One was found on the side of the road 5 miles away in the rain! I’m disabled and have to shop by mail. I’m extremely frustrated! Now I’m trying to find places to shop that use UPS or US Postal service. I am currently trying to get items I’ve paid over $300 for in total. I can’t afford this! And the stress is not good for my health. I suggest using any shipping company other than FedEx!!!

Package ordered 2 weeks ago and tracking # still not available. Stated that would be delivered on Nov. 14th. Waited all day. Nothing. Now I can’t even track it 3 days later????

Gave detailed directions to home, city and state. Keeps delivering to wrong address and different state. This is day 4 of this crap. UPS has NEVER had this problem. Will not order from any company that uses Fed. This is my 5th experience with them resulting in the same results.

I have waited for ONE HOUR and still have not received any information on where my package is of today. Still waiting on the information that tracking is supposed to convey. Poor service. I will not use FedEx again.
