I have always been very happy with your service which I have been getting approx once a month until yesterday. You totally tanked and Because of very poor communication. I was expecting a delivery yesterday of 2 packages which for the last 3 years has always been in the am before noon. I made plans for the afternoon and had to change them because the delivery finally came at 2:30 and it was only 1 package. You were not able to tell me them what happened just you were trying to find it. Then after numerous phone calls I learned it would be delivered today they thought. I requested a morning delivery as I had appointments this afternoon. I called again this am a few times to find that yes it was on a truck and they would have the driver called me with a time. Well that never happened and he finally arrived at 2:20. Guess what my day was ruined again Beth

Never used FedEx much !

I like the tracking system but FedEx is so reliant on the computer that they are unable to deliver Express packages without their computer systems on time then they only make one try. Then the person has to go to an office to pick up their package which is unacceptable when it's their system issues that caused the problems in the first place. The package should have been redelivered. I won't recommend sending FedEx to the east again.

My packages always arrive on time and in good shape.

Package delivered to wrong address even though the label has the right one. A lady drove over to my address today. This is not the first time that this has happened.

After checking tracking number update my package still showed out for delivery but when I was leaving my house I ended up hitting my package with my car because the delivery driver left it in front of my garage door instead of my front door. so now I have to open a Christmas gift to make sure it works and then repackage it so I can wrap it, if it actually works. will have everything else shipped to store instead of being delivered to my house.

My package was in Valley View Texas (7 miles from my home) and now its gone to Chicago! What's the deal???

I’ve had to use FedEX multiple times over the last 3 month all packages were 5-6 days late or Lost in transit worst shipping company I’ve ever used
