My aparment is in the rear and the packages always say that but they always end up in the wrong place.

Slow delivery to Hawaii. Difficulty tracking package from vendor website. I ordered 2 items from Amazon shipped via USPS after I ordered my product from PCH and both items has already arrived ehile my package from Fedex not even in transit according to their tracking site even though my intial email said it was already shipped.

FedEx has become very disappointing recently. CONSTANTLY using that horrible smartpost and rarely ring the doorbell or knock on the door when they leave a package. And if that's not bad enough with all this package stealing right in broad daylight, they leave it right at the front door and dont even tried to hide it to deter thieves! When I called the FedEx national customer service about ringing the bell or knocking, the customer service rep was so rude and told me the drivers are no longer REQUIRED to knock or ring the bell. So they dont?? Really how hard is it after you get up from bending over to place the package, to ring a doorbell or knock on your way back up from placing the package right at the front door. You must like shelling out 100s of thousands of dollars in theft claims.

Customer service and FedEx website provide inaccurate delivery information.

The driver delivered my package to the wrong house. Thank goodness my neighbor was an honest person and brought it to me. This was a gift. So I am very disappointed in this delivery person. I will rate you a 1.

I had a great experience with dropping off a prepaid package. It was delivered on time with just the ground service. Very efficient!

Can't get address right. Leave packages up and down road.

Tracking tells you nothing.!!! When you sign up to get tracking alerts, it never happens.. Horrible.!!!
