Oder states attempted delivery April 4th. I was home, No updates since. This is my 2nd delivery from Hermes that's gone wrong. When is my delivery coming.

As others, my Amazon parcel failed to deliver yesterday. I’m advised to contact Hermes to give additional details. Got an online ‘chat’ that got no further than a weird message I couldn’t understand and just froze. Looks like a phone call on Monday. God help me !

Awful company. Delivery was meant to be by 8pm on 12/04. At 8pm stays was updated to 17/04. Private sellers on Amazon clearly go for the cheapest options rather than the reliable ones. Never had a delivery from Hermes that didn’t have issues.

Just received a message from Hermes that they were unable to deliver my parcel. Not true as no card left and no van came to my door.

Phone ordered on Amazon, if I’d have known it was a Hermes delivery wouldn’t have ordered it! Apparently they collected yesterday for a next day delivery, guess what, no updates, no information, waste of space of a delivery company. Given their awful reputation why do suppliers use them???

I ordered something from Amazon with delivery on the 8th April. Today is 11th and still no idea of where my parcel is. Amazon should specify that the carrier of the item is Hermes, i would have not buy this item. Hermes is just a joke! Website full of ADs which confuses people!! Ridiculous

Parcel still not here was meant to be here on the 8th and now the 10th ridiculous

Been waiting for a delivery, said it has been delivered to a neighbour, we've got a card, but delivery card is blank, with no details who it's been left with? Not good enough?

Say its deliverd when it is not abd uts been over a week abd tgey just dont care useless id use a diffent carrier

I have not received the parcel that supposedly was delivered 6 days ago. There is no evidence that it has been delivered either, other than saying that it was. Seems lots of parcels with this service to actually not get delivered. Disappointed. Where do these parcels end up? Is someon just dumping them or stealing them?

Delivery service terrible says item be delivered on 7th April 2024 at 1500 to 1600 then 1900 to 2000 and then another message give 24hr be delivered then today Delivery be 1600 to 1700 still waiting hermes getting your finger out fix mess instead off looking at pounds

I haven’t received my item yet. The delivery date was 05/04/2024. Today is 08/04/2024 till now I haven’t got. Pathetic service.

I have not got my package coz we were not home . Amazon had instructions to leave my packages even if I am not home!!! Any chance I can have my package today please . I never had problems with Amazon !!!! Hermes is terrible!!! 0 stars
