My parcel was supposed to come on the 20th September. Its now the 7th October. I keepbeing told that it'll be here. Where the hell is it??? This is pathetic. I've been in touch with watchdog. And scammers uk.

I haven't received my package which as been sent since 26/09/2024. This is so bad, and your customer service keep repeating the samething, that it has been escalated. I need my parcel, this is so unfair. I hope people stop patronising you guys.

Very happy with fast service of my parcel and received it in time and no issues or damage

Supposed to be delivered by 8pm tonight, yet according to the oh so wonderful tracking it's just left the couriers facility....9 days ago and it hasn't changed..so I'm not holding my breath ..will review again if necessary, honestly if I realized it was Hermes I wouldn't have even brought the package in the first place,

I absolutely agree with everyone saying it’s terrible I still haven’t received a package and calling tomorrow and I hope I either get my package or a refund spend 50 pound on a package I never received would rate a 0/5 stars if I could

Just got home at 5.45pm. My app said delivered at approx 2pm. Knocked on neighbours door and it’s not there and no card to say where it is! Absolute ly terrible

This company is absolutely shocking, it has taken over a week to deliver something they have had for over a week, then they have the cheek to say they have put through the letterbox along with a photo of this, then they take it out and leave the parcel in the garden for all.to see, WHY do companies still use these to deliver is beyond me,

Why do businesses continue to use this rabble to deliver their goods. Should be a 0 star on here for this lot!

They say thay have delivered parcel when they haven't and there is no sign of my parcel anywhere

Ordered a tent off Amazon turned up open at the edges and box slashed open tent ruined

To pay £9.96 for delivery of some ear buds and it takes over a week- disgusting! Why people use My Hermes is beyond me. Haven’t got my parcel yet and won’t be surprised if I ever do with the reputation this delivery comps has!

Said item delivered at 20.15 in the evening. I was in but no parcel was delivered. Claimed it was posted through the letterbox but parcel would be to large for that to happen . H01C6A0000992150 tracking refers

Package say delivered but it did not arrive and no card left

Just no updates whatsoever, no way to track parcel. Pointless really
