Absolutely rubbish. Have had several deliveries that have been delayed when they should have been delivered. 4 days at the depot? We've got your parcel and are processing it? Still why 4 days. Won't use again

Absolutely useless company, says it’s delivered my parcel and got a signature! I have not received my parcel and cannot contact anyone about it cannot even email them ! Despite having a tracking number. Bloody useless!!!!!

Many times now parcels have been delayed for no apparent reason and it is near impossible to contact the local driver to rearrange delivery

The most unreliable of couriers . So many times they have stated attempted deliveries have been made when clearly no attempt was made. Parcels go missing for days/weeks, noone at Hermes takes ownership of the problem of missing parcels...just don't use them

Supposed to pick a parcel up yesterday 4th June 2020, never let me know they would not be able to pick it up, I had UPS and TNT pick parcels up yesterday , Hermes are rubbish, bought the service through ebay, won't be using hermes again after this, they are not in any way proffesional.

Your company are very you can not speak with anyone regarding your parcel not being delivered buy driver your tracking system status is parcel signed for and delivered not true would not recommend this courier company.
