Always poor slow service

Just so slow, collected from the parcelshop 5 days ago, still no attempt to deliver it. I ordered stuff from China the same day and that has turned up before it.

The tracking information is almost zero! I dropped off my parcel on the 30th of May and according to the Hermes website, the parcel has only been collected and no further information is available. It's now the 6th June and the parcel is nowhere to be seen. Tried contacting Hermes but this is impossible. A very poor service which I will not be using again and definitely not be recommending.

Absolutely bad company , customer service just advice me to go back to my retailer no attempt of do anything. Charge me £6 on one call to talk with automatic robot can’t even do the job is programming . Lost one parcel and now wait for the other with apparently attempt to deliver one time , which the policy company said will trying three times . No ones care there Hermes is a very bad in everything company , how hard to do a good job Hermes ? No deserve even a one start

Very very poor. No movement of parcel in five days. Now states claim form issued

late delivery and misleading text message to update me which was inaccurate and stated events that the courier had attempted to deliver which was not true as the instruction was to leave at front door

I supposed to receive my parcel 2 days ago I didn't and I check tracking number the website is not working

Your company is the worst I have ever dealt with1st day courier arrived at my home but package was not on board then get email saying package delivered at 19.31, NOT, then another email saying driver having trouble finding address, laughable, then next day out for delivery, not arrived the day after out for delivery, not arrived then email we are having trouble with your parcel, unfortunately or fortunately for yourselves we are unable to speak to you, utterly incredibly worst customer service ever, company is deplorable.

Worst delivery service in the country took nearly 3 weels to get my parcel was festering in there warehouse not moving I have told one company who I deal with a lot if your sending my parcel by Hermes I ain’t buying from you Hermes is a joke but isn’t funny

Cheap and easy to send . If the code reader works . Don't even knock on the door theses days . Haven't yet received a damage parcle. Don't always deliver on time sometimes days after its ment to be received.

Parcels are getting later and later to were there supposed to be lately having a lot of problems receiving and delivered don’t think I will use this service myself anymore

What's the point in tracking if the driver apparently doesn't scan the parcel when it arrives at the depot, I always try to find a seller who doesn't use Hermes but was unable

The WORST,VERY WORST service possible,they are too lazy to reply.Apparently could not care less.Avoid this company
