Have been waiting on an order being delivered for 31days now. It has been sent twice by the sender as the first time it was posted Hermes returned it to the sender at my request. A request that I hadn't made with no way to contact the company I had to wait on them delivering it back to the sender. Who then resent it to me again. Now the resent parcel has been siting in a local depot. I received a message to say it would be delivered today. Then this changed within 5minutes to 'there is a delay with your parcel, we will have it on the move in 24hours.' Have now waited 168hours and it hasn't moved or changed. A present ordered early for my daughter's birthday which has now long passed. Hi to the tracking app and only way to contact them is through a stupid digital assistant that replays the same messages that I already know. I have had orders delivered from China and Germany quicker this month. Will be avoiding company's using Hermes for deliverys in future.

Item was collected by Hermes one week ago and has not moved since!!!! I presume stuck in the system. All other items ordered from Amazon delivered days ago plus items delivered by Royal Mail. Hermes are the most unreliable and unorganised delivery agents put there.

Terrible service pay for next day delivery 4 times and it took a lot longer to deliver one taking up to a week also waiting for parcel that has taken a week already and still not here I will close my account as plenty of other couriers more reliable then Hermes

Worst company ever. parcel been in transit for 6 days. Tracking and contact crap. customer service crap. Avoid like the plague.

Had my parcel at local depot for over a week . Try to get in touch impossible useless

Lies!!! saying attempted delivery but never appeared! Sent cctv proof showing 30 mins either side of sipposed attempt for advisor to believe me! Waited 8 days after expected date it to finally be delivered

Paid through parcel 2 go for next day delivery.. it’s now 5 days later and no delivery ! My parcel hasn’t moved for 4 days! I can’t get in touch with a human from either company ! Beware of Hemes ! Your parcel may end up at an auction house instead of being delivered!!

Says on tracking site delivery was tried sat 7.58pm!!!!!!! Sorry lie both me and other half in all day every day since 2nd of March so lying

My Hermes courier on my postcode area is brilliant shame some others let it down in other areas

Terrible to deal with after 2 phone call and being on hold for over an hour they Lost my parcel not doing anything about it

had parcel since 1 of june and it's now the 7th and still not delivered its only coming from Durham to Stockton I'd have been better picking it up myself

So far experience poor, 2 24 hour delays, still not arrived

Tracking a parcel is hopeless, says in local depot and has been there for 5 days, my dogs medicine, the worst couriers ever
