Not meeting 2-3 day delivery time, Less and less drop point shops availability. On a plus side they are cheaper than Royal Mail.

I didn't receive my parcel and on tracing is saying been deleted

Very bad i booked next day service it is 10 days and not arrive until now

Dropped my parcel off at a pick up point on 15th of May still not reached its destination after being picked up by hermes

A week to deliver???.. A week!.. Could have used royal mail if I wanted it to take a week!

I purchased anti aging face serum but the time I arrived it was too late.

Can not get to talk to anyone. . Do not use hermes

Dreadful delivery service... I paid for next day delivery theyve had my parcel 4 days now. The last showing of it was in there sheffield depot. Tracking system is absolutely shocking! Customer service is dreadful too

Have been waiting on an order being delivered for 31days now. It has been sent twice by the sender as the first time it was posted Hermes returned it to the sender at my request. A request that I hadn't made with no way to contact the company I had to wait on them delivering it back to the sender. Who then resent it to me again. Now the resent parcel has been siting in a local depot. I received a message to say it would be delivered today. Then this changed within 5minutes to 'there is a delay with your parcel, we will have it on the move in 24hours.' Have now waited 168hours and it hasn't moved or changed. A present ordered early for my daughter's birthday which has now long passed. Hi to the tracking app and only way to contact them is through a stupid digital assistant that replays the same messages that I already know. I have had orders delivered from China and Germany quicker this month. Will be avoiding company's using Hermes for deliverys in future.

Item was collected by Hermes one week ago and has not moved since!!!! I presume stuck in the system. All other items ordered from Amazon delivered days ago plus items delivered by Royal Mail. Hermes are the most unreliable and unorganised delivery agents put there.

Terrible service pay for next day delivery 4 times and it took a lot longer to deliver one taking up to a week also waiting for parcel that has taken a week already and still not here I will close my account as plenty of other couriers more reliable then Hermes

If you value your business DON'T use hermes

Absolute disgrace avoid if possible

Worst company ever. parcel been in transit for 6 days. Tracking and contact crap. customer service crap. Avoid like the plague.
