They had my parcel since 9th june and I still havent received it and cannot speak to noone

Would like to know where my parcel is as you seem to have received it on the 16th May so still waiting cannot give you good review

Attempted delivery apparently, amazing as I’ve been sitting a metre away from my front door for the last two hours. Temporary hearing loss maybe.

In the last two weeks 5 of my parcels gone missing no 1 phone number 2 call they make it v diffcult to get refund

Très mauvaise qualité de service. Manque criarde de professionnalisme. Devrait simplement mettre la clé sous la porte. Vols , livraisons tardives, tarifs exorbitants bref de l’escroquerie organisée.

Shocking service my parcel has been at the local delivery since 1/6 now 12/6 and still not received. Probably lost it !!!!!!!!

Terrible service, video footage of guy dumping parcels on pavement doorstep, banging door, walking and driving away. Get your act together, if I had my way you wouldn't deliver to me

They say they have delivered our parcel, but we havent received it and have been in. And to phone then it will cost us £6 an hour!!!!

Ordered an item given two dates it was being delivered As first attempt it never turned up was asked to contact Hermes with tracking number but when did so my number wasn’t even the system had to request refund from seller who assured me he won’t use them again ever

rarely delivered on time. Poor customer service.

Shocking service! My order from 29th May still not arrived and it's now 10th June. Tracking says its on hold WHY !!! UPDATE YOUR TRACKING MESSAGES!!

Very quick pickup and delivery!

My parcel got to me destroyed with some of my cosmetics missing and some being damaged . Really disappointed ☹️

Said they had my parcel 8 days ago but still not showing out for delivery appauling company do not use.

Dont recall leaving it visable under a tree in front garden is the same as delivered and sign for .sort of service I come to expect from them
