absolutely terrible service. Waiting on 2 parcels for a fishing trip. All going well with first few updates then they stopped. Had nothing now for days. Almost impossible to speak to someone to find out a reason why. I will never use your services again.

This is the only box I can find to give delivery instructions which I don't want to be public. If Hermes is delivering my things in future I will cancel & order from some where else. Not impressed at all.

Attempted delivery apparently, amazing as I’ve been sitting a metre away from my front door for the last two hours. Temporary hearing loss maybe.

In the last two weeks 5 of my parcels gone missing no 1 phone number 2 call they make it v diffcult to get refund

Très mauvaise qualité de service. Manque criarde de professionnalisme. Devrait simplement mettre la clé sous la porte. Vols , livraisons tardives, tarifs exorbitants bref de l’escroquerie organisée.

Terrible service, video footage of guy dumping parcels on pavement doorstep, banging door, walking and driving away. Get your act together, if I had my way you wouldn't deliver to me

They say they have delivered our parcel, but we havent received it and have been in. And to phone then it will cost us £6 an hour!!!!

Ordered an item given two dates it was being delivered As first attempt it never turned up was asked to contact Hermes with tracking number but when did so my number wasn’t even the system had to request refund from seller who assured me he won’t use them again ever
