Next day parcel took 4 weeks to arrive, no option to claim for paid guaranteed delivery

I will never send anything in this courier! they are idiots

Absolutely rubbish. Says it's delivered my parcel to a 'safe place' which I have no idea where they mean, I was at home when they said they delivered it and theres no way to contact them to find out what's going on. Absolutely useless

Once again Hermes have lost parcel and I've had to go back to retailer to request refund

The only times I have problems with deliveries is when Hermes is the courier. I keep getting notifications that my parcel is too big and needs to be sent out by specialist Hermes courier within 48 hours, then it says it’s out for delivery, then the same notification about it being too big and so on. It’s now been my parcel is now 4 days overdue and I am NOT happy. I will not be ordering from any site/seller that uses Hermes in the future as you are sh*t!!

Your service is terrible.Been trying for days to speak to a human being and not a machine.So disappointed I went to post office today to send parcels as I know they will get to there destination.

An absolute joke of a company, very similar to the pathetic company the parcel is going back to, Sports Direct. Hermes pocked parcel up 4th of June. It’s still on its way back 17 days later. Absolute joke of a service. The digital chat is a bigger joke again. I’ll never use or recommend Hermes or Sports Direct ever again. No stars for either but 1 as it’s only way to submit.

My parcel was collected 11 days ago and it still hasn't been delivered over promised and under delivered not impressed and won't recommend Hermes Parcels UK

Returned an item back on the 2nd June have tried tracking parcel only gives me tracking on 2nd & no more .

Received an email to say my package had been delivered and signed for at my address. Which was news to me as I knew there was no one in. Came home to find it lying on the path outside the door. They didn't even try the porch door, which was open. Just left it.

the worst delivery company I have had the misfortune to wait for..... updates are a joke, local delivery person has had our parcels for 10 days and it always says out for delivery. Please use someone else... royal mail are excellent.
