Three misrouted attempts and still not got my goods over a week later

Still waiting for my parcel it is now 3 days later and the tracking do not say nothing

What a disgrace... take your money and goods and just leave them in a warehouse.. No update to a possible delivery date..!!!!! Stick with the post office..!!!

My parcel was sent to the complete opposite end of the UK and is Now extremely delayed

This is by far the worst delivery company. Always late. Rude staff and never get anything sorted. I was supposed to have a parcel delivered 4 days ago, one got delivered to my friends house and then the other which was the exact same item hasn’t been received. Obviously lost my parcel and don’t want to do anything about it. Bout time my Hermes gets its act together!

Still waiting for an order since 20th june

Hermes is a really bad company,no one can trust you i regret why i sent my package through you,still missing although it shows that they received on tracking but my daughter didn't receive anything,im trying to communicate with them no one can talk to you,even now don't awant to rate but still they want1 star for what.

You should have collected my return to amazon on 2 occasions. You haven’t bothered turning up. Iam very upset

Late delivery, unable to talk to anyone, don't know where parcel is

Hermes doesn't like delivering your parcels. Waste a space. Nothing has been delivered from Hermes to my home last 4 weeks. Even Some of items it says it has been delivered! Bull sh.t

Did not receive my parcel and it says its been delivered

Ordered an item 9 weeks ago and has been picked up by Hermes but still not been delivered

Terrible courier service. Each time a supplier uses this company for delivery or return of an item its either very late in delivery or gets "lost". What is going on with this Company?

I do not rate this courier service at all. On a few occasions now when I have ordered goods from a supplier, the order has been delayed considerably, either on delivery or return and their tracking system is of no help whatsover.
