Said my parcel was delivered but was nowhere to be found.

Package with Hermes for ten days and still not delivered.

Every package is delivered to me late and the courier just leaves parcels outside my building without knocking at all

Slowest delivery and bad customer service

My parcel has been lost and it’s been over a month. No refund, no explanation, nothing. Disgusting service.

Parcel cleared customs on 3rd of July, still no updates of when it is going to be delivered 10 days later.

My item 3826507757443711 has been with you since June 30th and I have had no other information as to when I will receive it.

Delivery was fast and left in a safe place

Apparently my parcel was collected by a courier on June 29th.....It hasn't moved in the system and I'm still waiting. Awful service.

Large parcel arrived sooner than expected but left at front door in full view of road on open plan estate. Luckily I was only in back garden and heard the van but was due to go out a few minutes later. No card pushed through door to say parcel had been left, so if it had arrived after I'd gone out and been taken, I wouldn't have even known it had been delivered.
