Useless. Parcel delivery delayed for two weeks.

Disgraceful meant to collect an urgent parcel no one comes and they lie saying they have tried when no one has come to the house.

Leaving a parcel in a bin doesn’t qualify as delivering it

Wether sending or receiving I am constantly disappointed with Hermes, I currently have a package at my local depot waiting to be delivered and it been there 6 days?

Parcel not collected, no updates. Poor service.

Parcels often go missing, are late, dumped on doorstep where it's easy to steal or left with anyone with the ability to sign. Drivers vehicles are wrecks and drivers not in any type of uniform. I would never use this bunch of muppets and always expect complications with my deliveries when my suppliers do. AVOID !!!

My package I sent was damaged and broken , but that’s not what has upset me the most .... I have emailed sooo many times and nobody has responded to me I would never use this service again, damages happen, I understand this this But to be ignored when your company failed me is unacceptable Items shouldn’t be delivered smashed up in a well labeled package with FRAGILE written in capitol letters I wouldn’t trust this company

absolutely shocking courier service lost 2 of my parcels, no refund , never would I use again ever disgusting service should be ashamed.

Absolutely awful customer service, parcel missing for over two months and impossible to interact with human assistant, will NEVER use this poor excuse for a delivery company again, unfortunately no option to give a no star rating

Worst service ever! said unable to deliver the parcel, while haven't even tried! Never had a call and never had a slip that they tried to deliver! It's a nightmare to sort it out! Worst service ever!

Worst courier services out there, why companies are genuinely still using them I do not know. Nothing arrives on time if it arrives at all!

Awful never arrive when they say and parcels always damaged

What an absolute abhorrent service Hermes provides. Consistently telling untruths about attempted deliveries to the point of distraction. No point whatsoever in attempting to contact the company as their system has obviously been set up to discourage any form of communication. Disgraceful conduct and one would do better to seek a different courier.

Tried to deliver after midnight!!! Didnt even leave a calling card. Can't get a person to speak to only a machine. No idea when this will be delivered now. All I got is an email from Amazon saying they attempted to deliver and will retry. I prefer amazon to use their own vans at least the tracking is more up to date and reliable.
