Unable to speak to someone, Downloaded app, Said they had sent e.mail for login password,Never received! Absolutely dreadful. No customer service personnel and unable to contact company complaints procedure policy to Express frustration. Would definitely not use Hermes EVER!!!

I’ll never send a parcel with this company again they lied about when it was picked up!! When it was in transaction just deceitful avoid!!!!

Customer service is pretty dire

Sad mostly fine, but three lost parcels to date!

People don't use hermes delivery services. Time wasting at all. 0- rating. Missing parcels. Couriers opening parcels, sometimes taking items from boxes and paste back.. Purest untrusted delivery company at all.

I am still waiting for my parcel should have been here last week !!! On top of that last time they just chucked it on my garden path in the dirt , how about that for a first class service! Wouldn’t let me rate it -0

I wouldn’t give them 1 star but no option to give 0. Useless company, don’t update tracking. Goodness knows where my parcel is!

Always leave out side the back door of the business cos they are too lazy to make a 30 second walk. They should be sacked

Never had such a bad service provider in my life! Will stop buying from companies that uses your services Hermes! Maybe then you will improve! I shall not pay delivery fees to sit at home waiting for your careless drivers NOT to turn up on the given day!

Goods despatched 26 June and still not found on POD when goods delivered , we are now 16 July still don’t know if goods delivered Original supplier no better on service

The worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Lost my parcel and no way of contacting anyone. Absolutely useless
