I am not happy with your service. I sent parcel by you on 27th July. Till now it’s saying ok tracking you receiving back and I don’t have any reply from Hermes about my parcel and where it is gone. Rubbish service.

Still waiting for two parcels which are in a depot in Dundee for 8 days now. No sign at all of any progress. Terrible everything.

Not only are they never able to deliver a parcel, they also are unable to collect one when they are supposed to. Tragic company

not very quick at delivering, in future I will not use companies that use Hermes

Very slow service and states my parcel is out for delivery in Dundee. I live in Inverness! Status on site has said the same thing for three days now.

Not happy with hermes delivery

can't find out who signed for a returned parcel.

Hermes are THE WORST delivery company. I buy a lot, have 3—4 deliveries a week and dread seeing that this clown company are tasked with my stuff. They either 'lose' my stuff, which happens with boring regularity or their operative fails to knock/ring & instead leaves stuff outside in full view. They've failed to contact me even after reporting they would after complaints I've made. Now I note the phone numbers have been changed (yet again) and nobody answers. I'm reporting them to ALL my suppliers so they all know HOW UNFIT FOR PURPOSE HERMES ARE!

My son works twelve hour shifts in a care home and arranged delivery for his day off. They tried to deliver the day before, didn’t try at all on the agreed day, said they’d deliver by 3 the next day and didn’t. These guys should be working in the circus with a car that falls apart. My son needs to be out breathing fresh air nor hanging around indoors waiting for them.

They've been holding my goods since 21st July saying theyll deliver within 24 hours

Despicable company have tracked my order which should have delivered Monday, told us it was out for delivery Sunday then tracked it no delivery said it was on its way Monday and tracked and it said delivered, then it wasn't traced it today and said out for delivery today, I bet it will not be delivered, would never ever use them again, not reliable and give out wrong information, this was my granddaughters birthday present. Do not use as cannot be trusted

I didn't get my parcel, but they wrote everywhere (on ebay as well), that I got it, but I didn't

Customer service, what customer service, it’s non existent!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY

Again another bad delivery. Say it has been delivered and it has not. Web site riddled with adverts. I have no idea why companies send their goods with this organisation as you cant contact them and they consistently dont deliver
