Parcel not delivered. No card in letterbox. Tracking says delivered. The robot says they will get back to me. They have not. At best = incompetent, at worst = robbers and liars.

Bad service..left my parcel in June..only now showing as picked up in August. Not had my refund. Would never recommend Hermes

Very poor service. Parcels only arrive in time less than half the time and someone’s don’t show up at all. Quite often a text comes saying it will be delivered and then when it doesn’t get delivered I get the same text for several days. I would never choose to use Hermes!!! I don’t purchase from companies who solely use it and wouldn’t have bought the item if I’d known it would be with Hermes.

delivery is terrible ive had 3 different couriers in 2 years the first one wouldn't knock would always try and just walk in the house 2nd one throws the package at the door step and third one which I presume is his wife just drops it and drives off without knocking its a joke

ordered an item from someone in the same town as me, hermes have had it for a week and it's still not in transit.

just left on the doorstep without checking somebody was in. Another delivery was made at midnight and again just left on the doorstep. Of all the couriers that have delivered to me hermes is by far the worst.

The worst service that you can use. Boxes opened, delays and parcels missing. I always try avoid this company.

Poor service company

Terrible service. They lie when they don't deliver. Couriers not exactly brains of Britain.

Awful service. Never on time. Unable to find my house despite being on a main road. Today sent a message at 2.10pm saying the parcel will be delivered between 11 and 1pm. Crazy. Now 5 o'clock and still waiting.

Easy tracking, polite delivery, and arrived two days early. Well done Mike B.

I used to swear by Hermes it has gone down the hill parcels gone missing & taking to long to arrive
