There should be a no star option. One parcel delivered to wrong address, next simply not delivered. Phone not answered of course after being on hold for 30 minutes. Unreliable rubbish.

Unbelievably bad service since Covid, the time taken to deliver has gone from a couple of days to up to 10 or 12 days just across the UK. Royal Mail has been fantastic so what’s gone wrong at Hermes?

Delivers parcel to someone else but doesn't know where. Unable to locate my parcel and no help at all trying to locate it. Where is their proof to shoe where the parcel is?

Shocking so called delivery company so far this year had 5 items supposed to be delivered by you and only 1 of the 5 actually got delivered to my house!! Was lucky the other 4 people that items got dumped at kindly dropped them off to me! Would give zero stars but not an option!!

Poor service. Always delays. Pointless when you’re ordering the items (flowers) next day delivery for a special event. Not only do they miss the event but the flowers look like they’re dying by the time the receiver gets them.

Can't complain my items are always.on time

Holding onto parcel 5days still says in transit

Rubbish courier, items never arrived, this has happened on 4 occasions. Use another courier. Stay away from these. Had to give 1 star as they do not have minus stars

My returns parcel was picked up a week ago and still it says it's on it's way. Need an update to see where it is.

No stars at all. Hermes is, in my opinion, the most unreliable courier around. For years I have received clothing from a well known company using DPD who have never let me down. They always tell me which hour they will reach me and always deliver on time as promised. Amazon local couriers are also very reliable. However Hermes have been used by Amazon on a few occasions and nothing has ever been delivered on time. Last time my package was delivered to My home town and then sent back up north to Bristol. I waited two more days for my parcel. This time an expensive item from Amazon has gone missing. Already three days late and no sign of it. I have submitted a complaint to Amazon about HERMES and they have taken it very seriously indeed. I have pleaded with them not to use HERMES any more. Amazon customer care are going to phone me in two days time to see if I have received the package or will give me a refund. I have also received an email from Amazon confirming that they are reconsidering the use of HERMES. In fact if Amazon tell me they are using HERMES again I will cancel my order. Time and time again I get the message “sorry there is a delay delivering your package due to external circumstances”.
