Not a very good delivery service

Only rated 1 star because I had to, otherwise it’d get no stars!! Deliveries consistently late, no notice of delay given so wait in all day for parcels to not arrive. Now told parcel is a day late and I cannot wait in for another whole day!!! Happened on numerous occasions, would never use this company to send a parcel!!!

Their system offered a pick up shop, but it had stopped being Hermes over 12 months previously. The company resent the parcel but again Hermes delivered to the same shop and again it was refused. Making mistakes is one thing, being unable to learn from them and fix it, is quite another.

This package was paid for on Saturday for next day delivery. It still hasn't arrived. It is showing on tbevtracking that they have received the package with a time if 1459hrs, it's on 1410hrs now.

There should be a no star option. One parcel delivered to wrong address, next simply not delivered. Phone not answered of course after being on hold for 30 minutes. Unreliable rubbish.

Unbelievably bad service since Covid, the time taken to deliver has gone from a couple of days to up to 10 or 12 days just across the UK. Royal Mail has been fantastic so what’s gone wrong at Hermes?

Delivers parcel to someone else but doesn't know where. Unable to locate my parcel and no help at all trying to locate it. Where is their proof to shoe where the parcel is?
