Dont even deserve a 1 star! So appalling this company needs help!! My parcel was meant to be delivered 3 days ago i have contacted Hermes through phone and email and have constantly been lied to and told my delivery has already been made! £300 pair of trainers lost as-well

My parcel was delivered to a neighbour, I didn't know anything about it being delivered there until my neighbour came knocking to give it to me. No note left telling me where it was. Don't trust this courier!!!

Poor service, not clear where parcel is and when (and if) it will be delivered

This company are RUBBISH. Do not use if you actually want to receive goods that you have been charged for

Dont knock loud enough or give enough time to answer the door before leaving. I live in an upstairs flat so by the time i get from the sitting room at the back to the front door they have gone.

I have never so disgusted in a firm, they say they haven't the number, now they saying they have delivered it, have they hell, they reckon they posted it through my letter box well I would have loved to have seen that as it was a kids bumper car, I have spent 6£on a phone call which was talking to a machine which cut me off, I am so mad so what do I do now it was a expensive item

Hermes is THE WORST delivery company ever. They have your parcel for days before giving you a delivery slot. And then, after waiting in during your 2 hours kit , the delivery time changes several times. DPD and orhers are far better. If you value your customers DO NOT take out a delivery contract with Hermes. You will lose customers. I’d rather pay a bit more and have a reliable delivery service than Hermes’ rubbish. It’s rubbish EVERY TIME.

The worst company around, items don't turn up on time or don't turn up at all. They say they have but have not been delivered at all. Avoid this company at allcosts

Awful services. Bought a sofa bed on line from "smilingkitten" on Ebay, according to the tracking facility provided the item was due to be delivered by hermes by1pm on 22nd October. Waited all day & no delivery at all? Now it's due today will see what happens. One more day to wait.
