They picked up the parcel from sender Tuesday afternoon (have proof)but according to website they are waiting for sender to give them it. Something is definitely wrong with this company.

Fortunately I have a really great delivery driver so I can’t complain at all. The tracking is fairly good too compared to what I’ve had in the past with hermes. There’s only been one or two slight errors so far which I found a bit confusing but I’m fine if it doesn’t happen too often.

Very poor service! I paid extra for next day delivery because I desperately needed a part for my oven. It was delivered 2 days late. What’s the point of paying for next day, if you cannot honour this service?!

My parcel was due for delivery last Sunday, now Thursday and not received. On the Monday I received a message apologising for delay, and I would receive in 24 hours, that was an empty promise.

My parcel was delivered to a neighbour, I didn't know anything about it being delivered there until my neighbour came knocking to give it to me. No note left telling me where it was. Don't trust this courier!!!

Dont knock loud enough or give enough time to answer the door before leaving. I live in an upstairs flat so by the time i get from the sitting room at the back to the front door they have gone.

I have never so disgusted in a firm, they say they haven't the number, now they saying they have delivered it, have they hell, they reckon they posted it through my letter box well I would have loved to have seen that as it was a kids bumper car, I have spent 6£on a phone call which was talking to a machine which cut me off, I am so mad so what do I do now it was a expensive item
