Discussing things going missing or damaged. Thrown down on the door step. They have had my package since the 2nd of dec and still nothing. When I send am email they say it's not with them. Let's just pass the buck. Didnt even want 2 give them 1 star but if you dont you cant share your experience. They have a very bad reputation in my town. All over facebook with some very interesting videos

Last three deliveries were late or never delivered. Local Hermes driver always fails to call the contact number provided to resolve delivery issues. If I know a supplier is planning to use Hermes, I’ll look for an alternative supplier. Hermes is unreliable in my experience.

20/10 tracking no item 01N6A000043198.did not deliver.. this service is cannot be trusted.. I am waiting for another parcel today.. I do not know I will get the parcel... This drivers do not have responcibility... I do not recommend the service.. as well as Can not be contacted over the phone...

Ordered some trainers 8 weeks ago now, waited in all day for them to be delivered, seen the delivery guy drive up my street look out his van window and drove off, I instantly got a notification to say that no one was home and they will attempt to deliver tomorrow. 8 weeks later still not turned up. It’s impossible to even speak to somebody on a phone or anything, all just automated voices. No one responds to emails. These trainers cost £120 and it’s looking like I’m not going to receive them. Absolutely awful services and distributors. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I CERTAINLY WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY

Absolutely rubbish! Blank card stuffed through the letterbox with just a squiggle indicating “this was my first attempt” to deliver. No name, no number and no idea when they might have another go at delivery. If only the tracking number would allow a day and time slot to suit.....now there’s an idea!!

Constantly telling me that I've rescheduled to a new address when I haven't which then delays arrival or doesn't turn up trying to organise Xmas presents and it's taking the Mick never had a problem with any other companies just this one I would not recommend to anyone

My daughter posted a parcel to me 1/10/2020... Today is the 18 /11/2020. I still haven't received it. Just had message from Hermes to say it will be delivered today. The parcel is being delivered to my daughter!!!! Will NEVER use Hermes again. Also you can never speak to an actual person to complain or ask questions. Dreadful service.
