Waiting on 5 parcels all over a week late on delivery, and no updates provided by Hermes as to where the parcels are.

Parcel left visible for anyone to see and got stolen not sure if it was the delivery driver himself ?

Totally ignored instructions on front gate and dumped item to be left 3 days in the rain (no texts/emails sent). Awful

You need to get your automated service sorted. I rang it 6 times and I still couldn't speak to an actual human. Because the thing couldn't get my tracking number kept asking me to repeat the number. Absolutely hopeless and makes you look stupid shouting down the phone.

Discussing things going missing or damaged. Thrown down on the door step. They have had my package since the 2nd of dec and still nothing. When I send am email they say it's not with them. Let's just pass the buck. Didnt even want 2 give them 1 star but if you dont you cant share your experience. They have a very bad reputation in my town. All over facebook with some very interesting videos

My parcel was ripped and the box looked like it had been stamped on, toy was broken

Last three deliveries were late or never delivered. Local Hermes driver always fails to call the contact number provided to resolve delivery issues. If I know a supplier is planning to use Hermes, I’ll look for an alternative supplier. Hermes is unreliable in my experience.

20/10 tracking no item 01N6A000043198.did not deliver.. this service is cannot be trusted.. I am waiting for another parcel today.. I do not know I will get the parcel... This drivers do not have responcibility... I do not recommend the service.. as well as Can not be contacted over the phone...
