Despite working from home since last March, apparently I am never home. The last delivery, I sat behind an open front door and left a note asking the parcel was to be left behind it. It wasn't. Apparently no one was home & unable to gain access to deliver. items returned are lost and standard, claim a refund response. I don't want a refund, I need the items for work. My neighbour's are shops, currently closed so unable to divert and no outside space to leave. Hermes need reporting, we are paying for a service, it's not difficult, ring a bell and wait. I don't want to even give one star but it won't list without.

The good news, delivered on time. The bad news, parcel left at the gate at the mercy of the weather & no ring or knock at the door. Poor service!

Brilliant company to deal with fast delivery and great staff

Very poor service. I dread being told my parcel is coming via hermes.. im still waiting and have no faith im going to receive it .

What is wrong with your people? The Post Office my parcel is meant to be delivered to is shut until Tomorrow and there's a big sign outside saying so . . . but I receive on eBay that you have returned it to sender. It has been Posted from the US. It's not your fault or mine the Post Office has shut for a while but why return the Parcel to the sender? Where is your Customer Service? Everything is automated. This is not the first problem I've had with your Company. Previously I've received a Parcel at the Post Office that was not meant for me and so I reseal it, write Return to Sender with their full address clearly visible and Post it at a suitable vendor. You send me the same Parcel again like it's a boomerang. In the end I posted it through Royal Mail since they seem to understand Returns.

Tracking often shows an attempted delivery when it never happened!

Still Waiting 2 weeks for delivery through Hermes.... Amazon can turn around in a day on a Sunday too Hermes no comment

Ordered off boohoo they sent it to Hermes which for some reason with no logic sent my item back to the sender but may I add without sending it to me ? So there’s no bloody logic I was answers

I’ve send an percel 4th January till today 17th, it has not been delivered, I’ll never ever used them. Hermes. Nightmare

Terrible company. Waiting for my parcels weeks even if I paid extra for express delivery. Other case I wrote in their system delivery with neighbours address but the courier didn't know it. No communication, no answer, no care for the customer. They live the parcels outside of the house no mater there is anybody on the address.

According to wish hermes recieved my parcel on 8th December. Its now the 28th and i do not have it

Waited in all day then received a notification on my phone that delivery was attempted at 15.20 when I was sat looking out the window at the road!!! Worst courier service ever!

Absolute joke ... no sign of a parcel for 10 days now yet something I ordered yesterday came today ..... virtual agent is no good to me .... Hermes are absolutely useless
