Always late or lost

If I could write this and give no stars I would. I have never known a worse courier then Hermes. It should have come to my work that’s open from 7am-10pm but an email told me that there was nobody in to take delivery. And another email told me the same for Sunday. It is now Tuesday and I haven’t heard anything else from them. If I had a choice I would never use them.

The lady who delivers to me is very good. Others are useless. Two recent deliveries have gone missing.

This firm are rubbish never use them....... Paid next day delivery, a day later still not here and tracking useless! Awful!!!!

More lies from this rip off company,said they dropped off my package at 15.27, it's now 15.46,where have put it,its not here, I've been in all day

I would never use this Company again,10 days and still no package,A joke of a company

They just can't be bother to put it in a metal bin that is outside with a lock on to lock it after delivering , or they can't be bother to go round the other door , other then that excelnt service

Stating tried to deliver, but I was waiting in no one knocked or rang bell and sent a text asking for payment when I paid delivery P&p asking for card and bank account so disappointed and can’t find when I shall receive

Although my local delivery lady is lovely, the Company as a whole are rubbish, only ever used twice and the broke my items both times, I won't buy it seller uses Hermes anymore.

Extremely unreliable - when merchant uses Hermes I know I’m going to have problems.

Can’t get in touch with you there is a problem with my Parcel because they’re all BT Address on it it has Bt294ha and it should be Bt294ha 9 Ballytromery Road Crumlin my tracking number is7945687254278718 I have tried every way to contact use With no luck

I live on a farm with a half mile track and the local Hermes courier will not deliver. He is the only person who does not, we have every single other delivery firm and of course the good old reliable postman that deliver and yet this idiot will not and even has the cheek to claim no one is in, when i deliberately sit here waiting for him to turn up. So he is not only lousy at his job but a liar to boot. Of course you cannot complain to Hermes because you are not the customer! I try not to buy from anyone who deals with Hermes but sometimes you get caught out. My latest one is through e bay and the GPS and i have just found out this am that it will be 'arriving' via Hermes - no chance of getting that DVD then...

USELESS - I refuse to buy if the seller uses Hermes. They are that bad!
