Awaiting a parcel that apparently depot have had since Tuesday ........ List says delivery by 28th .given we're on the 30th now I'm not impressed .

Always an issue with Hermes, we're delivery a solid alloy cam cover, said returned as damaged, need to drive over to damage one of these.

Absolutely diabolical, impossible to talk to human being. Automated machine kept asking for tracking number. Royal Mail every time from now on for me. Hermes should be renamed herpes it's so bad.

Simply THE single worst Courier service in the UK, Tracking is a joke and not to be trusted, customer service is None Existent, spend hours on phones with zero human contact. This company are the lowest of the low in their field... DO NOT USE!!!

The worst delivery service I have ever...Unprofessional- Lack of updates and Late as usual..Herpes are useless and dont know successful companies still use these clowns

My parcel arrived on time and driver was polite and efficient. Parcel looks like its been dragged behind a car for several miles and half the contents are missing.
