Ordered a parcel yesterday it’s coming today still waiting but happy with service

Parcel left by back gate, no card through letterbox. It would still be there if my neighbour hadn’t fount it. My porch door wasn’t locked and that’s where parcels are normally left. Not good service! Well packed and delivered in time.

You said you delivered my parcel you haven’t my tracking number is my neighbour parcel not mine

The app is terrible whenever I try to track a parcel it shuts down

My package is now a week late, I'm tracking it but it hasnt moved for 3 days !

Next day delivery never happened. Very unhappy with this service

Avoid Hermes at all costs. Shambolic company with no customer services. Fallen victim once again after they have lost another parcel of mine Absolute joke

Once again have been waiting for a parcel over a week late and no sign of it so cancelled my order and got a refund from ebay. I now avoid any online retailer that uses Hermes

Disgusting is the only word I can use. Will never use these people again and prior to purchasing online again I will check which courier the seller uses. A boycott is the only way these people will realise that you can not treat customers like cattle. Easier to talk to and get a reply from God than it is these people.
