Could not give them no stars but if o could I would. This company is not fit for purpose. They have no way to get in touch when things go wrong and things go wrong most of the time with these people. Avoid like the plague.

Still waiting for delivery from Saturday and is now Tuesday due to sourcing a large van. No communication and tracker a waste of time. Small box turned up unexpected Monday with part delivery. What a joke

Waiting well over a week. Tracking app is useless. Cannot understand why companies use Hermes for delivery.

Never had a problem.

Haven't received my parcel 9 days after hermes got it. Tracking provides no useful information. Dreading the possibility of having to phone them given the reviews I have seen.

Last 5 deliveries, parcels over my fence (regardless if its raining) even though im home!

Not at all happy with Hermes as they have not been helpful for me. Lost my parcel told me to get back to my company that I ordered from and ask them to start their contract with Hermes about refund days later they tell me it was delivered. Never got any refund or anything. Still haven't got my parcel week's later

Delivered quicker than the expected date

Like just about all other's reviews. Sometimes late. Sometimes never. Sometimes damaged. Sometimes just left at front door and no notice. Sometimes card left but no contact. But RARELY done ontime and considerately. Wish companies would stop using them.

Hermes..when only the worst is good enough.

Had message saying delivered . No card saying where to .had to check neighbours to see which one had taken it in for me . Is it so hard to leave a card

Never arrive on time and regularly get lost in depot. Useless company

Lose stuff more often the Barnsley FC
