Absolutely terrible service. Delivery already 2 days late and just says 'processing'. When I see a company is using Hermes my heart sinks and it really puts me off buying from them.

Hermes lost my last 2 parcels (items bought on ebay). I therefore bought a replacement via amazon. The sller told me it was dispatched via Hermes this morning. Over 6 hours later, the tracking no tells me that my parcel "will be with us soon". The fact Hermes doesn't even know they have it worries me. I can't help but wonder if it will be lost like my last 2 purchases...

Can't complain about the service.

They have received my parcel asked for me to wait 48 hours till it gets delivered and its been almost 6 days.

The tracking information says that you expect the package to be with you on 26th July. Given that today is 10th August, it's not really helpful.

Excellent delivery service follow the parcel right through to delivery

Terrible service. My parcel was sent to the wrong depot, and has been there a whole week with no updates. Can't even speak to a human, but just get a digital response. Not good.

Parcel dispatched 4 august for delivery Friday 6th it’s now 10th and still no parcel itwas needed for the 10th very poor service I’m very disappointed

Horrible service and completely unreliable. I am going to stoop buying from the supplier who uses this not fit fir purpose courier service.

The worst company in the the UK there take your money for next day delivery and turn when they like days later complete twats

To be honest, I have made several transfers with this and other companies and although we know who are the leaders Hermès and Yodel have never failed me nor have I had any unforeseen in these last 3 years that I have been working with them, thank you very much Hermes they are doing well ??

Waiting all day for an item. No show. Then message saying item delivered. Photo of place left NOT mine. Hermes are the WORST. It's always the same. They never deliver to the RIGHT address.
