They have had my parcel sitting at their gateway depot for 5 days. Estimated delivery is another 3 days.. Absolutely useless..

Delay after delay... dispatched 2nd August and advised 3-5 day delivery. Still awaiting delivery on 12th August!

Unreliable. Still waiting on parcel that was said to come yesterday. Keep trying..

Absolutely outraged. I was supposed to receive my delivery on the 6th it is now the 12th. Haven’t been able to contact them since . They said it’s been delivered I don’t know where it is at all. They don’t even attempt to deliver it they just dump it off wherever.

Posted parcel to wrong address despite correct address being on label. Wouldn’t look into it for me just told me they’d pasted to my house and had proof which I never saw. A lady brought it round today a week later.

Not delivered. No communication. Tracking not updated. Difficult to contact

Absolutely terrible service. Delivery already 2 days late and just says 'processing'. When I see a company is using Hermes my heart sinks and it really puts me off buying from them.

Hermes lost my last 2 parcels (items bought on ebay). I therefore bought a replacement via amazon. The sller told me it was dispatched via Hermes this morning. Over 6 hours later, the tracking no tells me that my parcel "will be with us soon". The fact Hermes doesn't even know they have it worries me. I can't help but wonder if it will be lost like my last 2 purchases...

Can't complain about the service.

They have received my parcel asked for me to wait 48 hours till it gets delivered and its been almost 6 days.

The tracking information says that you expect the package to be with you on 26th July. Given that today is 10th August, it's not really helpful.
